Crash Champions Collision Repair

Crash Champions took great care of our Tesla after a frankly nightmarish battle with insurance companies. Guillermo set our expectations early and kept us updated on his progress as he fixed a large amount of damage. We ended up getting our car back two weeks earlier than expected (I drive a lot daily for work, so this saved a lot of gas money). I absolutely would recommend this shop to anyone, especially Tesla drivers!

I originally gave them 4 stars s I've used them before and gave them a great review for that service. But I guess the guy who helped me then left and took his above and beyond service with him. Yes the bumper repair looks good, but they didn't clean even the red chalk marks they put on my car. I know this sounds petty, but before they polished my car and made sure everything was done correctly. Not this time. My car is making noises in the front end and I let them know it through the alignment off from the accident. Now my tires are so bad, not only am I going to pay for an alignment I'm also going to need new tires. So I'm taking it to a mechanic next week and I hope there isn't any front end damage underneath. They didn't seem very receptive to checking it and for me to submit anything I find back to the insurance company, which kinda stinks cause I had a lot more faith in them. My wife got in an accident also and wanted to bring her car back here, but now is sceptical after she hears what's going on with our pilot. Anyways, I had to update this cause I'm really not satisfied. Thanks

Not a good experience - It’s been 3 months and I’ve had to take my car in 3 times and it’s still not fixed. We were rear ended and took the car here because our insurance company recommended it. First attempt to fix took 60+ days. They ordered parts, waited 3 weeks for them to arrive only to find out they didn’t get all the parts needed, so there were more orders and waiting. I got the car back after 2 months and when I got home saw that the brake light was still out so had to take it back in to get fixed. Brought the car home again to find that panels were sticking out, there were gaps between panels and lining missing in between other panels. When I brought the car back in they asked me what I did to the car and said it wasn’t like that when it left the shop. Also asked me if I had messed with the glass – definitely wasn’t cool to be accused of messing up the car when they were the ones that couldn’t fix it. They tried to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix and that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. As of now they are finally seeing what they can do to fix the panel/missing liner and I’m waiting to hear from them.

Have brought in many vehicles over the years for minor to major collision repairs ever since the shop was still owned by Greenwald’s! Never had any issues with the quality of work and car parts installed. Even if management has changed, the quality of work and customer service hasn’t changed. Thank you to all the staff of Crash Champions National City! I truly value all the hard work that each and everyone of you contribute to my car safety and to restoring my car to pre-accident condition! I highly recommend this auto collision repair shop!

They did a great job repairing and replacing certain parts of my Tesla that were impacted by a collision, however, did a terrible job keeping the interior of the car clean in the process. Due to having black interior, I didn’t notice the unusual dyed stains on my seats after pick up and driving the vehicle home. It’s been difficult to stay in contact with Crash Champions and they have now become unresponsive entirely. Extremely disappointment because the stains left in various spots of the vehicle (mainly the seats) can no longer be removed without actually having to replace said parts, and the folks who caused it aren’t willing to put in the same effort I’m giving them to resolve this situation, even after spending thousands of dollars in the first place.
